The free WET plugins are open source under the MIT licence; their terms are the licence file that comes with them. This page is about the premium plugins, the ones you buy.
WET VST premium plugins are sold by Digital Product Mastery, trading as WET VST, the Netherlands. KVK 90392876, VAT NL003441377B71. Questions: contact@wetvst.com.
When you buy a premium plugin, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on computers you own or use. You activate it by entering your licence code; there is no online activation.
You may not sell, rent, lend, share, sublicense or distribute the plugin or your licence code, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. All rights not granted here stay with us.
The price shown includes VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your licence code is shown straight after payment and sent to your email address.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@wetvst.com.
The plugin is provided "as is". This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
